2025 Ladybug Fund Winetasting and Silent Auction
SOAR365 creates life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities, annually serving over 2,100 people and their families. Founded in 1954, SOAR365 is an organization created by families, for families, an organization that has grown to provide a continuum of programs and services for individuals with disabilities across their lifespan.
The 2025 Ladybug Fund Winetasting and Silent Auction is SOAR365’s biggest event, supporting our mission to create meaningful opportunities for children and youth with disabilities. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a success!
This year’s celebration promises an unforgettable experience where guests will enjoy culinary creations, unique wine and beer, live jazz performances, and a silent auction with exclusive experiences and items up for grabs.
Volunteers are the heart of this event, and we’re looking for support in various roles, including pre-event setup, event-night assistance, and post-event breakdown. Whether you’re greeting guests or working behind the scenes, your contributions will play a big role in the success of our largest fundraiser of the year.
Volunteers are still needed for:
· Volunteer check-in (4:15 pm-8:15 pm)
· Silent Auction Runner (8:30 pm- 10:15 pm)
· Guest check-in/check-out (4:30 pm-10:15 pm)
· Mobile Bidding Assistant (4:30-10:15 pm)
· Post-Event Cleanup-Sunday (9 am-12 pm)
