Specifically, IPG seeks to preserve and empower adults and children who are marginalized in today’s society in the areas of income, race, gender and sexual orientation. Since its inauguration, IPG has sought to provide creative hands on experiences and services as a means to empower adults, children and families in the city of Richmond and surrounding counties.
